A. Call Dealer Services toll-free at 866-223-9388 for assistance. One
of our representatives will be happy to handle all your needs, or contact
us by email to order catalogs.
Q. What is my accrual for co-op?
A. Please contact Co-optimum at 866-565-2387. You
must send in copies of purchase invoices or a printout from your supplier
showing ATK purchases.
Q. How do I get the forms for current promotions?
A. Phone in to Dealer Services (866-223-9388) and request them to be
mailed or faxed. Forms can also be downloaded online in the promotions
section.
Q. I have ordered catalogs, but I haven't received them yet. What is taking them so long?
A. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Q. What are bonus bucks and how do I earn them?
A. Bonus Bucks are available to authorized Premium Partner dealers only.
They can be used for advertising, printing license holders, purchasing
outdoor and indoor signage. Bonus Bucks can be earned from participation
in promotions.
Q. Where can I find details on consumer promotions?
A. You will need to visit the individual site of the brand you are looking
for.
