ATK is serious about helping Premium Partner dealers be
more competitive in the marketplace. We have improved our co-op program
so that you can advertise more often and market your dealership. Depending
on your membership status, ATK's Commercial Products
has a special co-op plan designed for you. Keep in mind that each of our
brands (Federal, CCI, Speer, Estate Cartridge, Outers, Gunslick, Ram-Line,
Orbex, RCBS, Alliant Powder, Champion Target and Simmons/Weaver/Redfield
mounts) contributes to the calculation of the ad allowance.
The five Premium Partner levels include:
• Premium Level Dealers: This group is eligible
for 5 percent co-op advertising allowance. So, in other words, if you
purchase $100,000 worth of ATK product, you will be eligible to be reimbursed
for $5,000 in advertising media costs. And that $5,000 can be accrued
over a series of purchases.
• Gold Medal Level
Dealers: Eligible for 4 percent co-op advertising allowance.
• Classic Level
Dealers: Eligible for 3 percent co-op advertising allowance.
• Ammunition Level
Dealers: Eligible for 2 percent co-op advertising allowance.
• Standard Dealers:
Eligible for 1 percent co-op advertising allowance.

However, you must be a Premium Partner or an RCBS ProCenter dealer and
be logged in to view. If you are having trouble feel free to contact Dealer
Services at 866-223-9388. As with any co-op program, we have a few restrictions.
All advertisements must run between January 1, 2008, and December 31,
2008. Claims must be made within 90 days of your ad running. Claims submitted
with all the necessary documents will be paid by check within three to
six weeks of receipt.
You will also need to include:
• the 2008 ATK Retailer Co-op
Advertising Prior Approval Request form (an original or a copy) with your claim
• the 2008 ATK Retailer Co-op
Advertising claim form (an original or a copy) with your claim
• (the 2007 ATK Retailer Co-op
Advertising claim form (2007) (an original or a copy) with your claim)
• copies of purchase invoices and
wholesalers' printouts documenting purchases of ATK products
• proof of publication, broadcast
or placement of your advertisement plus appropriate invoices.
Proof for a print ad will need to include an original
tear sheet that shows the name and date of the publication. For broadcast,
proof will require a copy of the script or storyboard bearing the ANA/RAB,
ANA/TVA, or ANA/CTVB documentation formats. For outdoor,
you will need to submit a photograph of the actual billboard and ANA /
IOA documentation from an accredited outdoor advertising firm. Ads that
feature competing brands to ATK's Commercial Products will
not be eligible in our co-op program.We also stipulate that on print and
outdoor ads that you feature at least one ATK product using line art,
a photograph or an illustration. In television ads, we
stipulate that each 30-second spot must mention the ATK brand and the
specific brand product two times.
